1. Acceptance

LoveEnvelope is operated by Outis (CNPJ 66.187.833/0001-11). By using the website, creating an envelope or purchasing the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

LoveEnvelope lets you create a personalized digital gift using photos, text, music, templates, a private link and a QR code. The service is for personal gifting and sharing memories with people you choose.

3. Accounts and Access

• You access your account through email verification codes.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
• You must provide accurate information when purchasing or contacting support.

4. Payments and Refunds

• The standard LoveEnvelope price is USD $9.99 for one digital envelope.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Taxes or fees may be added where required by law or payment processor rules.
• We offer a 7-day refund window after purchase. To request help or a refund, contact support@loveenvelope.com.
• Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or prohibited content.

5. Editing and Availability

• You can edit your envelope during the first 7 days after creation.
• "Lifetime access" means there is no subscription and the envelope remains available while the service operates, subject to these Terms and lawful removal requests.
• We may need to pause access for maintenance, security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.

6. User Content

You keep ownership of the photos, texts, audio and other content you upload. You grant Outis a limited license to host, process, display and deliver that content only as needed to provide LoveEnvelope and related support.

• You must have the rights or permission needed to upload and share your content.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, non-consensual or privacy-violating content.
• Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, image rights or other rights.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates legal or safety risk.

7. Intellectual Property

Outis owns the platform, software, templates, branding and service design. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

8. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Because the operator is based in Brazil, LGPD rights may apply in addition to rights available under laws in your location.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Operation and Contact
